That digital e-registration card won’t have any expiry date.

The RTA has started offering these e-registration cards for private vehicles from 1st August, 2018. But note that you will still need to renew your car registration in Dubai every year and take your vehicle to one of the RTA or ADNOC car testing centers for testing your vehicle.
