Write to the Insurance Company

To avoid any form of miscommunication, you should write to the car insurance providers. That is what most companies prefer when it comes to filing a complaint.

In the letter, you should cover the issue you are facing. Also, make sure to attach the necessary documents.

If you are unable to explain the issue in the mail, you can ask them for a callback.

To write to them or request a callback, you can find the details on the “Contact us” section of the companies’ website.

Check the Response

Generally, it takes a minimum of 5 days for the car insurance dubai companies to look into your complaint and respond to it. In some cases, however, the car insurance providers might take longer time as they want to further investigate the issue.

Make sure to save the compliant number, given by the company, for future references.

Escalate if You Are Unsatisfied

In case you feel that your request has been rejected unfairly or you are unsatisfied with the company’s response, you can escalate the request.

You will have to take up the issue to the Senior Complaints Officer/Manager.

To escalate, you should give your complaints number and the reason for the escalation. There is a separate email address provided for the escalation process.

The complaint team carries out a separate search for your request. They will try to solve the issue within 5 days. If the issue is not solved within 5 days, the car insurance providers will inform you about the additional time required.
