Filing for a claim with ADNIC car insurance is simple. All you have to do is follow a few simple steps to receive your due claim:
Step 1: Report the Incident.
Report the matter to the police and get a referral note or police report (as applicable in each Emirate).
Step 2: Inform ADNIC
The second step is to notify ADNIC by calling on the ADNIC car insurance contact number 8008040 or sending an email to motorclaims@adnic.ae. Alternatively, you can visit the nearest ADNIC branch. The claim staff will receive your claim request and will help you fill out a claim form on the basis of the facts reported. After that, they will ask you to review the form and sign it.
Step 3: Submit Documents
Submit all the documents asked for with correct details such as policy number, claim form, driving license, car registration card, police or Saaed report, and general incident details.
Step 4: Claim Assessment
Once you’ve submitted all the documents successfully, ADNIC will start claim processing. Details of the incident are assessed and verified.
Step 5: Get the Claim Reference Number
Once the car insurance claim is opened, you will get an SMS consisting of a claim reference number in addition to the contact details of the nearby workshop in accordance with the policy type. Once you’ve sent out your car for repair, you can use the give claim reference number to track the status.
