The claim filing procedure of Noor Takaful car insurance is simple and the settlement of claims is quick and efficient. Below is the procedure of filing a complaint with Noor Takaful:

Step 1 – Get the police report and ensure that the details on the report are correct.

The damage caused to your vehicle because of the accident, fire, overturning, self-ignition, external explosion, malicious act, or theft unless excluded in your policy.
The legal liability along with the expenses and costs against the third party property damage or bodily injury arising out of the vehicle unless specified.

Confirm if the Takaful certificate that you have covers the incident.
Inform you about any costs that you are required to bear.

The advice you regarding the garage that you need to visit.

Step 3 – Send your car to the nearest garage. All you have to do is show the claim reference number to the service advisor at the garage and provide them with:

Original police report.
A valid copy of the present driver’s driving license – based on the police report.
