Participate in a Government Car Auction

• Step1- Visit the government’s website ajdj.gov.ae and download the ADJD app
• Step2- Create an account in the app using your UAE PASS digital identity account or it will require other components to verify your identity
• Step3- Deposit at least 20% of the basic car price being auctioned in the department’s account
• Step4- Once the application has been approved, you can start bidding on cars
• Step5- If you bid the highest, get the registration of the auctioned car from the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department after finishing all the legal procedures
• Step6- Pay the remaining amount of the auctioned car within 10 days from the date of adjudication

Note: The government vehicle auction in Abu Dhabi is not open to everyone. 

 

Participate in Registered Vehicle Car Auction Through Companies

• Step1- Sign up on the auction website or at the auction venue using your Emirates ID
• Step2- Make the required security deposit via bank transfer, bank deposit, or credit card
• Step3- Choose the cars you want to bid on. You can do this online or on a paper form provided at the venue, listing the names, models, and descriptions of the cars
• Step4- If you're at the venue, pick up your auction paddle and bid number
• Step5- Place your bids. If you win, make the payment within 48 hours of the auction closing and collect your vehicle

Note: Some companies only offer live car auctions and do not provide online options. Others offer both live and online car auctions. Registration is required for participation in both types of auctions.
