How to File a Claim in Case Your TPA is Neuron?

As a member of the Neuron TPA, you can submit a claim via courier or email. Make sure you submit the following paperwork when sending your claim form -

• A completed Neuron reimbursement form
• Member’s or patient’s personal details - name, Neuron ID, and date of birth
• The date on which the symptoms first appeared
• A copy of radiology/imaging reports, blood test results, and other diagnostics reports
• A copy of medical prescription
• Discharge summary and medical reports with the concerned doctor’s signature and stamp
• All invoices and receipts

You should first send an email to reimbursement.claims@neuron.ae. Once done, you will receive an automated acknowledgement that your claim request has been received. If you don’t receive the settlement within 15 calendar days, you can track the status of your claim by dialling 800 4408 or sharing an email to reimbursement.claims@neuron.ae.
