1. Log in to policybazaar.ae with your mobile number.
2. Upload your Mulkiya, which is your vehicle registration card.
3. Open the Account section. Your three eco exterior car wash vouchers will be waiting there.

How Do You Redeem a Voucher?

The process is short and does not need a booking form or a phone call. Here is what you need to do:

• Sign up on Policybazaar.ae with your phone number.
• Go to the Account section.
• Open PB Advantage, where your three vouchers are listed.
• Tap a voucher and open Service Locations.
• Pick the car wash location that works best for you.
• Drive over to that location.
• Share your voucher code with the car wash agent on site.
• The agent checks the code and gets started on your car.

There is nothing to pay for the eco exterior wash itself, and no printout to carry. The code on your screen is all you need.

Where Can You Take Your Car to Get a Free Eco Exterior Car Wash?

The free eco exterior car wash vouchers are accepted at over 25 partner locations spread across four emirates. Most of them are Geowash points inside malls and centres you already visit.

In Dubai, that covers Geowash at Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Festival City Mall, Mirdif City Centre, Gate Avenue Mall in DIFC, Festival Plaza, IKEA Dubai Festival City, and Dubai Mall near Burj Khalifa. There are also business district points at Commercity Umm Ramool, DIFC, Innovation One Tower and Dubai Multi Commodities Centre.

In Abu Dhabi, you have Geowash at Yas Mall, Al Wahda Mall, Galleria Mall, Reem Mall, Masdar City Centre, Nation Towers, Al Seef Village, and IKEA Yas Island.

Sharjah has Al Insaf Car Wash at Oasis Mall and at Sharjah Co-op Halwan. In Ajman, there is Mark & Save at Al Tallah.

Which Days and What Timings?

Generally, the service runs all seven days, Monday through Sunday. Weekends are just as usable as weekdays. Most locations stay open for a window of roughly twelve hours a day, which leaves you plenty of room to fit a wash in before work, during a lunch break, or on the way home.

Timings can vary slightly from one location to another. Thus, do a quick check on the location details before you set off.

1. Mall locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi: 10 am to 10 pm, Monday to Sunday. The Dubai Mall point closes an hour earlier, at 9 pm.
2. Dubai business district points (Commercity, DIFC, Innovation One Tower and DMCC): 7 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday only.
3. Sharjah and Ajman locations: 11 am to 10 pm, Monday to Saturday.

So if weekends are the only time you can get to it, stick to the mall locations. If you work in DIFC or Commercity, an early morning wash before the office is the easier option.

Important Points to Know

1. One voucher covers one wash.
2. The wash covers the exterior of your car.
3. Your voucher code has to be shared with the agent at the location for the wash to be redeemed.
4. Check your chosen location’s timings in the app before you drive over.
