One of the UAE’s leading airlines – Emirates has recently introduced a 14-day single-entry visa on arrival for Indian tourists. The initiative is to promote tourism in the UAE. This service is curated to fasten the entry process of Indian passport holders who book their flights with Emirates Airlines.
The impact is assumed to be huge on the surge of tourism numbers from India. This service has been specially designed to motivate the passionate travellers to take a break in the UAE from India. The cost of this visa is presumed to be less (approx. USD 63) as compared to a 30-day visa (USD 90).
14-Day Visa and Insurance Sector
“This plan is sure to improve not just tourism but also the inbound travel insurance market in the UAE. The insurance providers can now collaborate with travel agencies to offer “comprehensive packages” that also include pre-approved visa,” says Neeraj Gupta, CEO, Policybazaar.ae.
