The process requires applicants to provide a medical report or an official letter from any hospital confirming their cancer diagnosis. Once the application is approved, Rahma takes the responsibility of providing the card free of charge.

Rahma's recent official statement reveals that in collaboration with the Fazaa administration, all cancer patients (both UAE citizens and residents) can acquire the Fazaa card by contacting the Rahma Association at 80090 or by sending an email to pr@rahma.
