Write an email at IPOps@unioninsurance.ae with details such as policy number, policyholder’s name, DOB, date of event, claim type and description of incident.

### 2\. Documents Submission

Once your claim is initiated, you will receive an acknowledgement email from UIC. This will comprise your claim reference number and required documents. Please ensure that you submit the complete documents within 2 working days to avoid any delays.

### 3\. Claim Processing

Your claim will be processed within 10-15 working days and you will get an update on your registered email address.

### 4\. Claim Approved

If approved, you will get the claim settlement of Union Life Insurance within 15 working days from the date of the discharge receipt.
