  3. Click on the ‘Service Request’ menu. 
  4. Move to ‘Card Management’ and choose ‘Block and Replace Debit Card’. 
  5. Type in your reason for blocking the card. 
  6. From the appeared list, choose the card that you want to block.  

In case you want to deactivate a Standard Chartered debit card temporarily, you can refer to these steps - 

  1. Sign into your SC mobile application. 
  2. Tap on the ‘My Digital Debit Card’ menu on the homepage and select the relevant option. 
  3. An authentication code will be sent to your registered mobile number. 
  4. Enter it and choose ‘Temporary Block’ to instantly deactivate your SC debit card.
